Helen states that every instructor has taken the time to ask about how to help with her left arm and also - how to sit on the floor more comfortably! She was hesitant to start classes, not only because of the issues with her left arm, but also because she didn't feel like she fit the 'image' of what someone who practices yoga should look like. "The only thing I've done differently is take the Fascia and yoga classes - it's worked for me!". She also tells us that her balance is better and that she just feels better about herself!įor those who are familiar with lymphatic drainage issues: her fluid level in her arm dropped by 1/2 returning to levels she had in November. Helen has attended our Fascia Flow, Chair and Fundamental classes and has seen great improvement in her range of motion in her left arm - she's able to do something that she's not been able to do for a long time - ask her the next time you see her 😉.
